The firm has two Professional Land Surveyors, one Professional Land Surveyor in Training and employs an Office Administrator, draughtswoman, a female messenger and 3 survey field assistants. Four of the nine employees are from previously disadvantaged backgrounds and three of the nine are women.

In 2008 the firm built three 60 Sq.m. houses for indigent staff members with more than 15 years’ service at a cost of R 250 000.
