When you engage us to provide professional land surveying services, we will collect your personal information directly from you.

Purpose for which personal information is collected

We will only use your personal information for the purposes for which we collected it. This includes the following:

  • To deliver our services to you.
  • To manage your relationship with us.
  • To ensure payment of our accounts.
How we share your personal information

We may share your personal information with local municipal departments in the process of delivering our services to you. For example, in many circumstances, we will need to share a copy of your title deed with the Town Planning Department to effectively perform in terms of the agreement we have with you to deliver services.

We may also share your personal information with debt collectors or legal advisors if we are struggling to receive payment from you.

International transfers

We do not intend to transfer your personal information outside of the Republic.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013. These rights include:

  • The right of access to your personal information
  • The right to rectify your personal information
  • The right to object to the processing of personal information
  • The right to lodge a complaint to the Information Regulator.
